  • Assessed and changes maybe made accordingly.
  • Your measurements, body fat, muscle and hydration levels are taken and your target ranges are then given according to your height, age and lifestyle.
  • Planning is the key to success so we do that together.
  • It maybe suggested that you keep a food diary or download a free app at the beginning to help get your diet back on track.
  • You can be weighed weekly to keep you motivated and you are re-measured every 4-6 weeks so you can compare how many inches you have lost.
