The journey from peri-menopause to post menopause brings a unique set of physiological changes and challenges for women looking to keep healthy and fit into older age.

I will help you structure your exercise and recovery strategies to stay healthy, functional and thriving from strength training, functional capacity, metabolic health, brain health and strategies for your specific needs.

Nutrition And The Menopause

I will help you understand the health and nutritional challenges associated with the menopause and how to approach these potential problems, for example:

  • weight gain
  • loss of muscle mass
  • hot flushes, bone loss
  • heart disease

You will be provided with nutritional support including supplementation in helping to manage the main menopause symptoms.
